This will highly enhance our coaching session, because we are both ready to get into your goals with a similar way of thinking! 😃 (write them down for best results)
1. What is one of your specific goals for 2018? (NEW SHOE!) Make it Tasty/Flavorful/Fun adjectives (google SMART goals if you are having any trouble with format) (We are choosing only 1 so you can feel what it is like to enhance a goal)
2. What was your OLD SHOE? Old way of thinking that allowed this to be a needed goal? Beliefs about yourself that let this area be neglected? (write in paragraph format, just GO, no wrong answer!)
3. Name 1-2 Things you can now do without thinking. Something like driving a car, typing, reading, playing a sport, hobbies, things you do at work. (the more complicated the skill, the better) Once you have one, remember what it was like before you learned/mastered this skill. What was it like when you were learning it? What process did you go through to get where you are now?
